Born in Madrid, since she was a child she showed
her liking for flamenco and started studying at ‘Amor
de Dios’, when she was 7 years old, with professors
such as Ciro, Cristóbal Reyes, La Tati, Joaquín
Ruiz, among others.
She starts to dance professionally at tablao ‘Zambra’
with Cristóbal Reyes; alter acting at the tablao
she starts touring in London, performing at the Albert
Hall and the Barbican Centre continuing her tour through
Germany, Italy, Australia,…
She danced for Joaquin Cortes’s company for two
years touring all over the World. She also worked for
the company of Sara Baras with the play ‘Juana
la Loca’, performing simultaneously for the company
of Blanca del Rey.
She reaches the top in 2003 when she is considered
by the critic as one of the best flamenco dancers, showing
great maturity and harmony.
Besides she has also appeared on television and movies,
being her most recent appearance in the movie about
the life of Lola Flores.
