Marco Flores was born in Arcos de la Frontera (Cádiz), where he began his training, his development fundamentally self-taught. After moving to Sevilla, he expanded his training under the teaching of Javier Latorre, Antonio Canales, and Javier Barón. He began his professional career dancing at the El Cordobés Flamenco Tablao and appearing in flamenco festivals like Los Viernes Flamencos.

In 2001, Flores moved to Madrid to be a part of the Sara Baras Company where he danced in the show Juana La Loca and participated in the production of Amargo with the Compañía Rafael Amargo.

In 2002, Flores joined the Companía Rafaela Carrasco. He was also involved in the Compañía Rafael Amargo's premier of Poet in New York, in which he danced as a soloist.

In 2003, along with Olga Pericet, Daniel Doña and Manuel Liñán, Flores founded the Company ESS3 Movement.

In 2004, Flores danced in the show Romancero Gitano, directed by Paco Suárez, for the 13th Edition of Bienal Sevilla.

More recently, Flores has been a guest collaborator in the shows Dibujos en el Aire, by Mercedes Ruiz, and Cámara Negra, by Olga Pericet and Manuel Liñán.

In 2005, he co-directed 2 en Companía with Manuel Liñán for the 7th Tío Luis Flamenco Festival, the Juliana Festival, and Sala Pradillo's La Otra Mirada del Flamenco Season.

Flores is a guest artist in Miguel Ángel Berna's Zaragoza Resident Company. He also appeared as a soloist in the Jerez Fall Festival, and The Fortune Festival, sharing billing with Olga Pericet and Mariana Cornejo.
